Terms
We build a visual identity with our retainer clients unique to them. The BMo Experience helps you connect with your audience and gives you the tools to stand out in the digital marketplace.
All retainer clients are encouraged to stay with us for a minimum of 3 months. Studies show it takes about that long to successfully develop a brand identity. This will give us time to learn who you really are.
Rush fee for retainer clients will be $100 for same day requests. Projects requested 48 hours in advance will incur no rush fee. We ask for at least 72 hours notice for any project.
All payments are due on day agreed each month. Late fees applied after 3 days unpaid.
Retainer clients receive premium benefits, fast processing time and scheduled meetings.
Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are due before work begins. Turnaround time starts only when payment has been made and all assets needed to complete project have been sent.
Clients are to review turnaround times. Rush fees will apply when said project is needed before standard turnaround time. (5-7 business days)
No Refund Policy
Unless after a round of edits, client is still dissatisfied. Then we will assess what is fair to return.
We are dedicated to excellence and have been a standard in design for many years. We believe in our work and also in the long standing relationships we have with our clients. It's a rare occasion for a client to be unhappy. We do however realize, there are unfavorable circumstances that may occur. In this case, we would again discuss what is fair.
